Awesome Peanut Brittle ~ the absolute best!
2 cups sugar, 1 pound DANISH CREAMERY BUTTER
Use only a stainless steel paन। Cook to almost hard crack.....280 - 282degrees on a candy thermometer........no more & no less. STIR!
Add 2 cups salted spanish peanuts. Turn out onto a greased cookie sheet and spread out quickly. Cool and break into pieces.
